Just South of Broadway...
... Actually, way south of Broadway but with a touch of
mystery and murder! Any theatre performance
succeeds with the work of writers, directors, producers,
costumers and actors. No less is true for Entrée Act.
Our team of writers, research, collaborate, edit, argue
and laugh their way through every script. Our
directors plan and ponder each scene. Our costumer
and prop master dash about madly finding or creating
authentic period pieces (or near enough as not
matters) for every character. Our actors rehearse and
rehearse and do it again so the director can then say,
"only try it this way...." And our producer, smiling,
chats with people just like you about how much fun
everyone has with Entrée Act.
Unlike stage productions, Entrée Act does not have a
stage and is not separated from the audience. The
dining room, and all the people in it, are our stage.
Our goal is to make everyone feel as if they have
become part of the action. We want you, our
audience, to enjoy watching the show as much as we
enjoy performing.
So, with a fork in one hand and a glass in the other be
prepared to laugh, sing and dance your way through a
murder - just try not to make a mess when you clap.
