Annie Bellum is having her annual party and is
thrilled to boast Lord Nigel Tuttentuttle as a
guest. She is so in hopes that all will go well but
her immediate family may pose some problems.
Honeysuckle Rose thinks that she is the Egyptian
Princess Hatapotsa of the 5th dynasty. As if that
weren’t enough, Annie never knows how brash
and forward her Aunt Magnolia Blossom will be.
Their boarder, Buck Nekked, would, in general
be perfectly fine but since he was struck by
lightening he has just not been the same. Really,
the evening would be a success, even taking into
account the excitement over the alligators, but
fate has the audacity to throw in two murders and
Annie’s party takes a decided turn for the worst.
